The YY Vertical TRAVELBOARD is a sturdy and lightweight hangboard. It is designed for indoor and outdoor warm-up and training. When you warm up, the chance of getting injured is reduced. Ideal for strengthening the passive and active structures of the fingers and forearms during pulling and hanging exercises. The Travelboard has 2 tilt modes, 3 notches (25mm, 15mm and 10mm) to change hand spacing, 2 monofingers to isolate the muscle development of the fingers + handle). Depths can be easily identified by the engraving inside the pockets. The Travelboard offers a soft-touch surface whose comfort and grip that is ideal for beginners and experts alike.
