A Yonex badminton racket that is designed for intermediate players, especially women. Yonex AERO-BOX VARIFRAME combines an aerodynamic profile of a frame head that is pared on the sides for quicker swingthrough in any situation, with a squared upper and lower frame section and additional tungsten IPS weighting for 15% more weight and face stability than conventional rackets. AERO-BOX VARIFRAME reduces wind drag by 10% compared to a standard air-flow pattern, maximizing the power of the swing and transferring more energy to the shuttlecock. In addition, besides high anti-torque performance for extra power with control, the AERO-BOX VARIFRAMEs extended dwell time makes it easier to create shots under pressure. The Built-in T-Joint is embedded deep in the graphite layers, and connects the racket head with the shaft. This technology helps create a one-piece torque-free frame structure. The result is more dynamic and precise strokes.
- Isometric racket head introduced by Yonex in 1992 provides a 32% larger sweet spot compared to normal rackets. Unlike conventional racket head shapes, where the lengthwise and crosswise strings are significantly different in terms of length, an isometric racket head equals out this difference. The enlarged sweet spot enables a much better return of the ball even if its not perfectly struck.
