In-house Marketplace

This cooperation model establishes a close link between Sportisimo and the supplier. Sportisimo purchases goods for its own stock, usually in units of SKUs. In reality, this means that we buy 2-3 pieces of each size of one item (e.g., T-shirts). Based on sales and turnover the supplier replenishes the goods at regular intervals.

Marketplace Cross-dock

In this model of cooperation, the supplier mirrors the stock of its products on the Sportisimo e-shop using Rest API/EDI. In the Sportisimo e-shop, we can display the products that are part of the supplier's warehouse stock. When an order is created, the request is forwarded to the supplier, who processes the orders at daily intervals and after consolidation in its warehouse sends them for further cross-dock consolidation to Sportisimo’s warehouse. At Sportisimo the orders are processed and shipped to the end customer, or for personal pick-up at one of our stores.

Marketplace Dropshipment

This is the most advanced form of cooperation. In this model, the supplier seamlessly mirrors its product inventory onto Sportisimo's e-shop through the Rest API/EDI, just like the Cross-Dock collaboration. We present products on the e-shop even if we don't have them physically in our warehouse. When creating a customer order, it automatically forwards the request to the supplier, who in daily intervals takes the orders processes them and then sends them directly to the end customer.
