The Oakley ELEMENTS SHELL cycling jacket is made of a 100% high quality polyester. It has a 2.5 FN Dry™ 10K/5K membrane with O-Protect DWR water-repellent coating. The jacket has a zipper and a helmet-compatible hood. Reflective features enhance your safety during low-visibility cycling, while zippered and Velcro pockets keep your essentials secure and prevent loss. Elastic cuffs provide a snug fit, while the regular fit allows for freedom of movement.
