Open the outer packaging and remove the liners. After removing from the outer packaging, leave the warm insoles out for at least 15 minutes. These insoles absorb more oxygen, allowing them to warm up more effectively in your shoes, providing superior comfort on cold days. After they warm up, put them directly into the shoes.
