Use
Open the outer packaging and remove the hand warmers. After removing from the outer packaging, leave the warmers out for at least 15 minutes. They absorb more oxygen, allowing them to warm up more effectively, providing superior comfort on cold days. After warming up, put them in your gloves or you can only hold them in your palms. The temperature of these insoles at full activation is 39 - 40°C. Enjoy up to 12 hours of soothing heat, keeping your feet comfortably warm.
