The Beal KARMA rope with a 9.8 mm diameter is perfect for beginners but also for very experienced climbers. It has a single rope certification only. It offers the perfect compromise between handling and thinness for climbers wanting to progress. The Karma rope belongs to the Active line suitable for sports climbing. This basic rope is also used when training difficult routes, where the rope takes a beating. That means its life is then approximately the same as with a much more expensive coated rope.
