The Atomic BACKLAND 85 + SKIN 85/86 alpine touring skis are suitable for both uphill and freeriding. They have an ultra-lightweight poplar and carob wood core and a technical HRZN tip with 10% more active surface area for easier powder skiing.
- Cap Sidewall - partial sidewall under the binding for power transfer and better snow contact
- Carbon Backbone - longitudinal carbon fibres along the entire length of the ski for more dynamics and good edge hold while keeping the weight of the ski low
- a HRZN technical tip with 10% more active surface area for easier rides in deep powder
- textured top layer for more surface durability
